Cache resolution is slow

Summary

The new cache state resolution is too slow.

It is able of resolving the state of locally cached elements at the speed of roughly 7/s.

On a project with hundred/thousands of packages, this makes is unusable

Steps to reproduce

• Take any reasonable sized project
• Build everything
• bst show... and wait

What is the current bug behavior?

This takes ages

What is the expected correct behavior?

This should be as fast as bst1 at least.
