Regenerate the man pages for workspace close and reset, to include the
new '--assume-yes' option.

Previewed with 'man' locally and looks good.

Oddly had to invoke 'click-man bst' directly in order to get it to
regen, instead of the usual setup.py route.

Update the examples in the documentation to be runnable by using the new
'--assume-yes' option to workspace close and reset.

Also removes trailing whitespace from those examples.

Regenerate these files to reflect the '--assume-yes' additions to
workspace reset and close.

Verified the built documentation looks good in browser.
