messaging: Overhaul of messaging throughout codebase

job.py: Remove _message() and use context directly

Each helper method now uses the context method directly

queue.py: Added message helpers

elementjob.py: Added message helpers to add kwarg scheduler=True

Lots of unnecessary imports after previous changes.
