BuildStream CI is not configured to perform any system level testing

Summary

BuildStream CI should be configured to perform some system tests overnight.

A candidate for system testing would be building a known ref of freedesktop-sdk.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
