bst track "latest" release
Background
bst track should provide options for tracking updates for a specific release or for the latest release. Currently bst track if a "track" option is specified, will only track that release. This works fine when you are specifying a specific release, however it would be nice to be able to track the latest release.
This issue arises when you want to specify the version of a git repository, which is not apparent from the specified "sha", but you can not use the "track" option, as then buildstream will then only track that release, meaning you have to result to leaving a comment of the version that the "sha" is pointing to.
