Project doesn't build when using bst 1.1.3 (it builds fine with 1.1.2)

Background

Our baserock definitions project (https://gitlab.com/baserock/definitions) doesn't seem to build anymore when trying to use 1.1.3:

Fix or explain why this is happening (if some manual changes are needed in definitions)

baserock definitions should still build when upgrade the bst version
