`bst init` does not respect `--no-colors`

Summary

Upon running bst --no-colors init, one would expect BuildStream to not print any colored output, but it still does.

Steps to reproduce

Run bst --no-colors init /tmp/temporary-project.

What is the current bug behavior?

We get colored output.

What is the expected correct behavior?

We don't get colors in the ouput.
