'getting started' experience is missing...

google gives me only a few links. i follow them all, and find blog posts, and this repo.

afaict nothing tells me how to get started. also note:

• there's no project homepage afaict, so no way to discover mailing list, irc channel etc
• http://buildstream.gitlab.io gives 404 but i believe it should be project homepage
• http://buildstream.gitlab.io/buildstream/ only has 'Using BuildStream' which contains nothing to tell me how to use it
• https://gitlab.com/BuildStream/buildstream (which features README.rst) only has one general paragraph
