Remove testsuite/debian-8 image

buildstream!548 dropped
support for python3.4 and since then, the upstream project does not uses
the debian-8 image for anything. Since the only purpose of the testsuite
images is to provide base images for running tests in
buildstream/buildstream, this image should be deleted now.
