.gitlab-ci.yml: Bump to latest buildbox-casd tarball

As seen with https://gitlab.com/BuildStream/benchmarking/benchmark_debian/-/jobs/346769837 we need to update to the latest version of buildbox-casd

We should also look at handling this dependency better, with a follow-up issue
