Unit-tests are broken since boto3 new 1.8.x releases

Context

BuildGrid's CAS S3 storage backend use boto3 to interface AWS API. Since boto3 1.8.0, release on the Aug 25, 2018, unit-tests are failing and CI is broken.

Acceptance Criteria

Unit-tests do not fail and coverage does not regress.
