Improve log records handling

Context

Basic logging functionality has been implemented though it would be nice to have better formatting.

Task Description

Format logging

• Research a popular format of logging for a server, eg. how Apache print their logs
• Choose a logging format and update issue with chosen format
• Copy the format, figure out what the string should look like, or make something similar
• Edit the above file

Acceptance Criteria

• Link to the improved logger file.
