Show first app description then the last release changes (if at all)

I suspect that last release changes are shown for people updating from the website, hence we need to convince them for updating.

As F-Droid: Dicio assistant (org.stypox.dicio) 3.1 changelogs are quite long.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.googleassistant does not seem to show last version changes, if there is any last version change specified.
