Construct Theme: Documentation for Portfolios and Galleria shortcodes and usage

Please point me to documentation for creating and displaying portfolios and galleries.

Of course, I looked at the MySiteMyWay pages on the Way Back Machine, but the necessary pages are either very light on content or do not exist.
