Remove :emojicode: when hovering outputted emoji

Hi @MahdiBaghbani — as discussed via email I think this is a potential improvement:

  1. The text you see when hovering the outputted emojis are also the :emojicode: (see #2)—which doesn't look very nice. For the alt tag I think the best would be to use the emoji descriptions, and the title tag could be the same or just be removed.
