Feature Request: Allow the licensor to sell exceptions to the 1000 employee cap for commercial use

One of the biggest current problems in open source is that commercial software heavily depends on open source software maintained completely for free by one person or a few people. Some of these people are queer developers struggling to make ends meet. I think it would be in keeping with this license and further its purpose to allow the licensor, at their sole discretion, to sell exceptions to the 1000 employee cap, so that open source developers can put food on the table. If people approve, I can write a PR adding this language.
