List of updates is not refreshed automatically

I have Aurora set to open at the list of updates. After the upgrade to 3.1.0, this list is not updated anymore at app start as it used to be but shows old information (it even shows app updates that have been done already manually). To refresh the list of updates I have to pull down now to refresh the list.
