[Privacy] Add setting to only check for updates to apps installed via Aurora Store

When Aurora Store checks for updates, it sends Google a list of all installed applications. Please add a setting to make Aurora only check for updates to apps that were installed via Aurora. This would significantly reduce the information Google receives. And, for the sake of privacy, please make this the default for future installs of Aurora (but don't change the behavior for current installations, so as not to take existing users by surprise).
