App not found

I live in Germany and need German apps. For example "Covpass" or "My O2". But most of the time, Aurora doesn't find these apps. There is no deception set, the language is set to "German". Sometimes the crazy thing is, that the desired appears in the search suggestions app with an icon, but after pressing "Enter" this app is not there, not even further down. It doesn't matter whether I log in anonymously or with my Google account.

I look for such apps at APK-Mirror and install an older version from there. After that, the app shows up in the "My Apps" list of Aurora and I can update it without any problems.

What can I do?
