Alpha/Beta apk releases for v3 on Gitlab

Are there any plans to release an alpha/beta apk for the v3 branch on gitlab? Somebody on the thread in xda-developers forum claimed there is already such release on the Telegram channel but obviously not everyone uses Telegram (or wants to do so).
