Add Settings action on Splash Activity menu

The token dispenser currently being out (which isn't the issue here) shows a slight problem because using the anonymous account times out and there is no way back to the Settings or Accounts menu with the three dots offering only to access the Blacklist and Spoof manager:

Would be a feature request to add access to the Settings and Accounts menu using the three dots at the start screen as well.
