Fail Login In with Anonymous

When our users use VPN to open Aurora store, there will be login failure. We found that if the same IP gets too many e-mails or tokens in a certain period of time, it will be restricted for one hour. We didn't feel this restriction in the previous use process. At present, our product operation relies on Aurora store. Can you tell us why this restriction is added? When will this restriction be lifted as before?
