Building API fails on 3.2.7 using personal account

After being logged into my Google account, building API fails until I log out and log in again. This is a regression and did not occurr in 3.2.4. I didn't test 3.2.5 and had 3.2.6 only for a day so I can't judge that version.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
