Add sorting and categories to blacklist menu

Description

It's currently kind of difficult to use the blacklist manager. The search function is helpful, but most of the time I don't want to see system apps and modern devices have many of them. It would be nice to have categories and sorting in the blacklist manager.

Examples

Utility apps for "debloating" such as Package Manager (play store, not Android system utility) have nice sorting and filtering capabilities.
