Add device spoofs for modern WearOS device

Trying to download Samsung Health (com.samsung.android.wear.shealth) apk from the Play Store but from what I can tell there is only 1 WearOS device listed in the Spoof Manager section of the app (Ticwatch E) and I dont think its new enough to be able to download com.samsung.android.wear.shealth

I personally own a Watch 7 Ultra, how would I create a device config to spoof that? I would be willing to submit it in a PR if this works
