Description

Apps show in list when searched for, but are "unavailable" when I try to install them. Here's the list ...

Expected Behaviour

The app should download and install.

Actual Behaviour

I get a bubble message "unavailable" and the app spins; no further progress.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search for the app by name.

2. Attempt to install it.

3. It does not; it reports, "unavailable".
