Invalid or corrupted APK for any app, apk filesize tiny

Description

Whatever I do, aurora store corrupts all downloaded APKs (some hundred bytes on the split, 0 on the base apk) - and that not even with the "Update all" button like mentioned in another issue.

Expected Behaviour

It should download and install the APKs without a hitch

Actual Behaviour

Throws an error stating that the APK is corrupted.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install any app or update thereof

Environment

  • Device model & codename: XCover 6 pro, don't know the codename
  • Android version: 14
  • Aurora Store version: v4.6.1
  • Nightly date: ?
  • Account Type: Anonymous
  • Installation method: FDroid
  • OS: Android? OneUI 6? Also unsuccessfully tried with this debug build: https://gitlab.com/AuroraOSS/AuroraStore/-/pipelines/1507001027

Examples

Additional context

Interestingly it works fine on another phone, that one being cheryl, LineageOS, Android 14, Aurora 4.6.1 as well Don't know if it matters but that one is using MicroG, the problematic one is using google services that I tried to remove as many permissions from as I could. Does Aurora use google services in any way to download its files?
