Blacklist Manager crash on login screen

Description

Blacklist manager crashes only on the login scree but not after you login. Not ideal for people who may want to hide their apps list from being sent to Google before signing in. Issue is easily reproducible.

Expected Behaviour

Blacklist manager should open normally before a user logs in.

Actual Behaviour

Blacklist manager crashes only on the login screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Aurora Store without logging in

2. Select Blacklist manager from login screen

3. App crashes

• Android version: 14.0
• Aurora Store version:4.6.0
• Nightly date:September 13th
• Account Type: Anonymous
• Installation method: Session
• OS: GrapheneOS (2024090400)
