Anonymous login no longer possible

I have Huawei phone and tablet and on both Anonymous and Anonymous Insecure buttons are no longer appearing.

With tablet buttons disappeared two versions ago, while in 4.5.0 and with a phone they disappeared today after 4.5.1 update.
