Improve Exporting Apps

Summary

As the title states, exporting apps feature needs major improvements to be more reliable and easy solution.

  • Move exporting to a dedicated expedited worker backed by FGS
  • Export required OBB files
  • Export required shared libraries
  • Lock and hide zip file while exporting
  • Allow easy sharing of exported zip file
