Add testing apps support

Description

I have a friend that wants to make his app available on the Play Store, but before having n persons using it, he needs to send a link to someone and allow him to access his app on the Play Store. Issue is, when I try to log in using my google account, Aurora doesn't have access to the app when I open the app page.

Do you perhaps know if the Play Store would allow such a feature on Aurora ? If implemented it would be neat 😄
