feature-request: notification when usage exceeds thresholds

Hi Atharok- first off, thanks for making and publishing ScreenTime. Best looking usage tracker I've seen!

I was wondering if it would be possible to have the app raise a notification when, for example, daily screentime exceeds an hour. Ideally you'd be able to set multiple thresholds (eg, if I want to get nagged after being on for an hour, I definitely want to get nagged after two hours!).
