Add -256.ini colors & Makefile
I only saw your pull request on: https://github.com/chriskempson/base16-templates-source/pull/97 just too late!
Nicely done! I should have checked if someone had pending work already... I had done my own version of it so here is the merge request for it.
Could you rebase your changes on https://github.com/chriskempson/base16-templates-source/pull/97 so that we can get this merged? Happy to do it if you want
Changes
- There's support for terminals with 256 colors.
- I took the inspiration from https://github.com/aarowill/base16-alacritty/blob/master/templates/default-256.mustache to get the color indexes
- 256 colors support for foot has been introduced here: https://codeberg.org/dnkl/foot/issues/489 so you might need to build foot from source to get it working.
- Added a Makefile & instructions to automate the build process for everyone. I had no clue how to do build themes before and am likely to forget next time how to do it. The Makefile removes the need to remember!
