Token prompt asks for wrong type of token

Current Behavior

• When creating a new token, users are requested to create a read_registry token (https://gitlab.com/ApexAI/ade-cli/blob/master/ade_cli/credentials.py#L68); however, an API token is needed to use the --select option, so ADE can fetch available tags

Expected Behavior

• ADE prompts for the correct type of token
