Add details on build and using custom base images and volumes

Motivation

• Though there is implicit documentation for how to build and use docker images in the minimal-ade and ade-atom projects. It wouldn't hurt to explicitly state it in the actual documents of how to create your own base image and volume

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a custom build image has information on how to build and use the image
• Create a custom volume has information on how to build and use the image
