Collected minor bug fixes and improvements

Tasks

  • Print error messages instead of stack traces for called process errors
  • Implement ade --version
  • Fix docker pull progress bars
  • Fix os.chmod and open bugs with pathlib.Path on Python 3.5.2
  • Rename --check option to --update
  • Enable skipping image and volume initialization via environment variable ade start -- --env SKIP_ADEINIT=1, depending on entrypoint being used. Will document in #7 (closed)
