New keyboard shortcut for Bluetooth Headphones

Anna requested to merge feature/new-bluetooth-keyboard-shortcut into master
  • To enable switching my bluetooth headphones on and off easily, added a new keyboard shortcut to turn them off and on
  • Tried a toggle shortcut but bluetoothctl return 'connected yes' even when it hasn't connected properly so need the ability to keep trying to turn on until it actually connects
