E705 Figure 3 Contains Negative Experimental Values / Uncertainties

Recent CI execution with a newer version of matplotlib uncovered an issue trying to plot negative values for yerr for E705 Figure 3. Upon further inspection, 189 negative yerr values exist starting with -0.47378, -0.47176, etc.
