Unable to run Nightly CI

What version / commit were you testing with? 3df89fac

What steps will reproduce the problem? Either:

• Wait for nightly pipeline to run on schedule, OR
• Run nightly pipeline manually from UI

What is the expected output? Pipeline runs

What do you see instead? UI says "pipeline scheduled", but nothing is seen in https://gitlab.com/AOMediaCodec/avm/-/pipelines, so possibly failing silently.

Last successful run was this one. And I'm suspecting this commit to be possibly related to this issue.
