ABI breakage with 1.6.0: compressed_ten_bit_format was removed from the middle of EbSvtAv1EncConfiguration

1.6.0 introduces an ABI breakage by removing compressed_ten_bit_format from the middle of EbSvtAv1EncConfiguration without any SONAME bump, as reported on Debian https://bugs.debian.org/1041302. This results in breaking installed ffmpeg see https://bugs.debian.org/1041541. Could you please bump the soversion for this kind of changes?
