For hierarchical_levels == 5 and picture_index == 0 (temporal_layer_index ==5, line:4079-4081)

av1_rps->ref_poc_array[LAST] = get_ref_poc(context_ptr, pcs_ptr->picture_number, six_level_hierarchical_pred_struct[gop_i].ref_list0[0]);
av1_rps->ref_poc_array[LAST2] = get_ref_poc(context_ptr, pcs_ptr->picture_number, six_level_hierarchical_pred_struct[gop_i].ref_list0[1]);
