Encoder freezes at ~64000 frames
edit: Well, seems someone else reported an issue that sound similar while I was writing this report.
I'm experiencing a freeze every time the encoder gets to about 64000 frames. The encoder progress stops and the process just uses 100% of one CPU core until I abort it. A debug build produces the same result and no debug output.
I'm running Linux Mint 20.2 on an Intel i5-2520M.
How to reproduce:
ffmpeg -loop 1 -i test.png -pix_fmt yuv420p -strict -1 -loglevel quiet -f yuv4mpegpipe - |SvtAv1EncApp -i stdin --keyint 250 --scd 1 --preset 12 -q 40 --tune 0 -b svt-test.ivf
A sample input file is included, but I think any input long enough might work, though I haven't tested extensively. But using a single image file is easier than uploading a file with 64000 frames.
