When acting in-game, metabolism increases. When doing nothing at all, base metabolism is still at work. Satiation is slowly drained. When eating, satiation is increased immediately as fast as players can click.
I want an upper limit on how fast food can be digested so that players need to take eating just a little bit more into consideration and not just chore-eating for instant health regeneration. (Or in the case of sprinting with metabolism penalty, gain infinite sprinting exploit as long as there's food)
