.bash files are no longer checked with shellcheck, only .sh
Adds package-lock from new npm
Remove remnants of CubLinux and bash_prompt from bashrc

Ignore scripts resulted in shellcheck not installing properly

Everything in top level except import (git-completion.sh)
Also changed structure of completions to new .completions directory in export
Remove .bash in crontab, not a shell script

Create npm package for this repo
