Fix patch [AllowCloseCutinByEsc] for 2019 to 2020 clients and up.

Clients that can be used.

** Step 1

• Sakray: 2019-02-13IRagexeRE to 2020-09-02bRagexeRE and up.
• Zero: 2019-03-27_3aRagexe_zero to 2020-12-16_Ragexe_1608022476_zero and up.

** Step 2

• Main: 2019-03-27bRagexe to 2020-12-11_Ragexe_1607663043 and up.
• Sakray: 2019-02-13IRagexeRE to 2020-09-02bRagexeRE and up.
• Zero: 2019-03-27_2aRagexe_zero to 2020-12-16_Ragexe_1608022476_zero and up.

Effect after apply this patch.

• Allow close cutin by pressing [Esc] key.

PS. For clients below 2015 i'm splitted into new PR because it difficult to check it.
