      -Added a team preparation time after the map finishes generating. Players can join teams and chat with their teams but will not leave the lobby. Admins can spectate the map. Map timers also will not start. Teap preparation time ends after a pre-determined time or when an admin manually ends it.
      -Made "Run speed when at low health" now a configurable option ranging from 0% to 100%, defaulting to 90%. Player's run speed will decrease linearlly with health. For example, if set to 90%, the player will run at 90% of normal speed when at 1 hp and 95% of normal speed when at half health.
      -The medium equipment setting now only gives construction bots and modular armor on a player's first life, not on respawns.
      -The fast blueprinting time is now independent of the no rush time.
      -All players will now become spectators as soon as a team wins the match and "Automatic round time" config option is renamed to "Post-match spectate time"
      -Checks for crossing no_rush and base_exclusion borders will now occur three times instead of one time per second. This will reduce the variability of rubber-banding at these borders.
      -Disabled check_game_speed() and associated code causing servers to no longer slow down game.speed when all players are afk.
      -Players in lobby that have not joined a team will all have a yellow chat color.
      -The starting uranium ore patch is now bigger but less rich.
      -Changed some default config options
      -Renamed the "Objective" button to "Game info" to more accurately reflect its function. More game information is planned on being added there at a later date.
      -Fixed bug where starting chests would not appear over water.
      -Made a few more important game messages hot pink.
      -Minor bug fixes, improvements, and code cleanup
