      - Less insane handling of displayColor (uses a default shader network
        instead of a different shader for every color). Still not great as it
        does not update but that code needs to be replaced entirely so good
        enough for now.
      - Work around UsdImaging bug which returns a two element array when
        displayColor is missing.
      - Use the assigned material if there is one.

      Enough to export the UsdPreviewSurface example from the doc. Shader code
      is still incomplete. Material assignment is not included either as it is
      buggy and the whole mesh handling needs rewriting.

      So they show up in the usdview settings menu and hopefully other
      applications can present them properly as well. This should be far more
      useful than environment variables, although they are still supported to
      provide the default values.
