Request: Region-Selection rendering

For a little while the way Region-Selection (region rendering) works has been discussed. The discussions can be searched for to back this up and see other perspectives.

When used, it currently starts updating the rest of the image once the region finishes.

Many on the Discord server have requested it simply stopping once the region finishes rendering, and not effecting the rest of the image.
