Grey Boots (Canfis) are not tradable on GE

What I did: Try to sell boots (grey variant, bought from Barkers Haberdashery in Canifis ) to the GE. Trying to buy the same boots from the GE.

What I expected to happen: The boots to sell, or to put a buy offer

What actually happened: 'That item is blacklisted from the grand exchange.' when buying, 'This item can't be sold on the Grand Exchange.' when selling

IDs of related NPCs/items: Grey Boots from Canifis: Item id: 2894 (I believe this is the correct ID)

2009-era source (if relevant): I couldn't find a 2009 era page that marked these specific boots as tradable, but I believe they were tradable the same as the other colored boots
