Draft: Convert Wilderness Ditch and Interface plugins to use Interaction listeners to fix Green Dragon bots stuck at Edgeville ditch

What have you done in this MR?

• Converted plugins to listeners
• Fixed a way green drag bots can get stuck (they're still broken since they die and never come back, but oh well)
• Made pulse.getCurrent only return running pulses (all accessors checked and verified that's what they want)
